Questions we get asked
Is it worth repairing an older laptop?
Often, yes. A laptop from the last five or six years with a failed screen, battery or charging port is usually well worth fixing, and an SSD can make it faster than when it was new. Try our repair-or-replace helper for a quick answer.
Do you use original parts?
We fit parts that match your model and tell you what we are fitting before we start. Replacement parts carry a one-year warranty.
How long does a laptop repair take?
Most repairs with parts in stock take a few working days. If a part has to be ordered we tell you the date when we quote.
