MacBook and iMac repair
We repair MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac and Mac mini, Intel and Apple silicon, at component level. That matters on a Mac, because the storage and memory on most recent models are soldered to the logic board.
If a Mac won’t start, getting your files back usually means repairing the board so it boots again. That is the work we do every day.

Questions we get asked
Can you get the files off a Mac that won’t start?
Usually, yes. On most Macs from 2018 onwards the storage is soldered to the board and encrypted, so it can’t be taken out and read elsewhere. We repair the board until it boots, then copy your files off.
Do I need to give you my password?
Only if you want us to test the Mac signed in, or copy your files. You can also create a test account for us. Tell us what you prefer when you book.
