The workshop

Every repair is done by our own technicians at Willow Walk, SE1: board work under the microscope, drives opened in a clean-air cabinet, and every machine tested on the bench before it goes back.

We open it up on the bench and find the real fault.

Questions we get asked

How do I book a repair?

Use the online booking form. You get a job number by email straight away. Then bring the computer to our SE1 workshop, or call us to arrange a courier collection.

Do I need an appointment?

Not for the London SE1 workshop: book online and bring it in Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. The Beckenham drop-off is by appointment only, so call 020 8658 4366 first.

How much does it cost to find out what is wrong?

A tear-down assessment is £45 + VAT. We open the computer and find the real fault, then quote. For data recovery the first consultation is free.

Will you charge me without asking?

No. You get a price after the assessment and nothing chargeable is done until you agree it.

Do you repair computers from outside London?

Yes. We arrange a tracked courier from anywhere in the UK, and send it back the same way.

How long does a repair take?

Most repairs take a few working days. If a part needs ordering, we tell you when it will arrive when we quote.
