My files have been encrypted by ransomware. Can you help?
Don’t pay and don’t reinstall. Switch it off and call us. Recovery is sometimes possible from the drive.
Can my computer run Windows 11?
It needs TPM 2.0 and a supported processor. Most computers from 2018 onwards qualify. We check yours before quoting.
How much does it cost?
£185 + VAT for removal, repair and updates.
