Liquid damage repair
Liquid keeps working after the spill: it corrodes the board, and every hour of charging makes it worse. Switch it off, unplug it, don’t try to dry it with heat, and get it to us.
We strip the laptop, clean the board, find what the liquid damaged and repair it. Your files are recovered first if they matter most.

Questions we get asked
It still works after the spill. Should I still send it?
Yes. Corrosion can take days to show, and a clean now costs far less than a board repair later.
Should I put it in rice?
No. Rice doesn’t reach the board and can add starch dust. Switch it off and bring it in.
How much does liquid damage repair cost?
From £185 + VAT for light corrosion, from £450 + VAT for complex board damage. We quote after the assessment.
